Hey, what is going on guys? Welcome back to another video. So, I got the new pulley from uh J Performance, but guess what? I have to keep waiting again. So, I got the new one. This one comes with the the extra pulley that I needed for the AC, but guess what? They didn't send any bolts. I forgot to put them in the damn box. What kind of is that? So, now I'm in I'm in a hole again. I don't know. I just I'm tired of waiting and I only have Saturdays and Sundays to do something else besides work in the company. And the next project, if you guys can see, I have a lot of plastid dip cans. Okay, so let's forget about this for now. Uh what I'm going to be doing is I'm going to be plasti dipping the baby car for the meantime. Since I have today and tomorrow off, I'm going to be changing the color of the baby car. So, this is my test panel. As you guys can see, I already It's just from uh grabbing it. I already uh plastid dipped the hood, and we like the color. Uh it was uh my wife's choice, and I'm happy with it. So, this is the color that we're going to be painting the smart car. We have it all taped up. all the lights, the wheels, everything that needs to be taped up. I also done this fender already. And this is all the paint that we're going to be using. We're probably going to need more. I don't know. Uh but for the meantime, this is all the paint I have. And I also have black. That black is going to go right [Music] [Applause] here where the gray is at. So, this is all going to be black. And then the rest, the white is going to be uh red. This is going to be the color right here. You guys can see is red rojo and this is matte. I'm not going to use any glossifier cuz uh we wanted this color like that flat. Okay. All right guys, let's do this. Let's start the painting process or actually plastic dipping process. Oh Wrong can. This is the one. I already uh preheat them a little bit outside. About 75° right now. So, let's do this. [Music] Don't want to hold back. [Music] [Music] Don't want to know. Okay, guys. So, I just applied a light coat right now, and this is how it's looking so far. Sorry about the first video, but uh I just noticed that the LED that I was using, it kind of kind of makes it look like an old TV. Um, I have to cut some some clips, but this is the first stage. Okay, it's looking like a zebra right now. What about if I leave it like that? We'll call it the zebra. All right, let's go ahead and apply the second coat. It's been about 10 minutes, and we'll see how the second one looks.

Okay guys, so this this will be the third pass. This is uh also my third cam. And let's get to it. [Applause] The final coat. That'll be the sixth layer of plasti dip. Let me show you guys the car. Okay, this is the final coat. And like I said, I'm not going to do any glossifier. I do not want uh gloss on this paint. So, this is going to be flat red. And I still got to do the black around the windows. That's going to be a tomorrow deal. Maybe today. I don't know. But so far, I'm happy with the results. Now, we just have to wait uh at least 4 hours so that it can dry. But that's going to be a tomorrow day. I'm going to show you guys in the daytime. Hopefully, it doesn't look like a zebra or a tiger. Okay, so this is how it's going to look. I'm going to remove all the tape and all the plastic, put the hood back on, and see how it looks without uh the tape. All right, guys. So, good morning everyone. This is the next day, and I just removed the tape. I got to do all the gray. You're going to plastic the black. But this is how it's [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] looking. All right. So, I'm going to go ahead and uh start taping and masking all the the red so I that I can uh plaster dip the black. Just like that. [Music] [Music] [Music] I just applied a light light coat. We're going to wait about 20 minutes and then apply the second coat. All right, guys. So, I just applied the first coat, like I said, and this will be the second [Applause] one. Gazing into the night, [Music] I use it from shining through. It's true, baby. Let the light shine through. If you believe it's true, baby, won't you let the light shine through, you do the second coat, then let it dry for another 20 minutes and hit it with another coat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. [Music] Hey, hey, hey. As you guys can see, the car is already finished. I did three layers on the black and I removed all the tape, all the plastic, and that is how it's looking. All right, I'm going to bring it out to the sun tomorrow morning. Right now, it's about 7:00 p.m. So, what I'm going to do now, I'm going to add some eyelashes. Hopefully um I can do it because this is plastid dip, remember? And if if you don't remove it when it's wet, it's really hard to get it off. So, but let's try it. Here we [Music] go. So, it's been about 20 minutes. Go ahead and apply the last coat. [Music] out. All right. And let's start removing the tape right now that it's really wet. [Music] [Music] So, see how it looks outside. Right now, it looks good, but when you bring it outside, that's another story, right? So, we'll see you guys in the morning. [Music] higher. [Music] Woo!
