Grab the handle and slide the whole thing towards the back of the car and out. The cables can now be unclipped from the handle for full removal. Left Side Door Handle The left side door handle has the emergency door lock built into it. This is held in with an extra fixing not seen on the other door handle. Remove the door panel by following this guide .Look just under the handle and you will see a plastic rivet, push the centre out. The centre will emerge from the other side. Take it out and the plastic insert too. Look into the hole left by the insert, there is a Torx 10 screw inside. Loosen this by 10 turns. Loosen the 2 Torx bolts on the back end of the door.
