The glass is clamped to the window regulator mechanism with 2 bolts. 1 near the front of the window and 1 near the back of the window. Undo them and slide the glass out of the door. Look carefully at the front and rear runners, you’ll notice that they are held in with rivets. Before removing rivets, disconnect the window motor. There is 1 final rivet right next to the motor.
