All you have to do is clean the panel, peel a small section of the tape back, place it into position, then peel the backing off. There are 4 parts on each side, 2 parts for each wheel arch. They have a join so it doesn’t hinder the removal of panels. 453 Fortwo Part Numbers Key Number Side Smart Part Number 1 Right A453 884 00 00 2 Left A453 884 01 00 3 Right A453 884 02 00 4 Left A453 884 03 00 5 Right A453 884 04 00 6 Left A453 884 05 00 7 Right A453 884 06 00 8 Left A453 884 07 00 453 Forfour Part Numbers Key Number Side Smart Part Number 1 Right A453 884 08 00 2 Left A453 884 09 00 3 Right A453 884 10 00 4 Left A453 884 11 00 5 Right A453 884 12 00 6 Left A453 884 13 00 7 Right A453 884 14 00 8 Left A453 884 15 00 Damaged One And Want To Replace It? Simple to fix. On a nice warm day, pull back the damaged arch cover until it is removed. Peel off any remaining adhesive tape, clean the area and fit the replacement. Where Do I Buy These? C’mon! You buy smart parts from smart. Go and find a local dealer. How Much Are They? Smart parts change price weekly. However, they are just small pieces of plastic trim. They will never be expensive. When I bought them, parts 1, 2, 7 and 8 were about £9 each. Parts 3, 4, 5 and 6 were about £13 each. But as I say, prices change so contact your local smart dealer and find out. Side Spats When smart released the 453, the rear panels had nothing extra added. However, from 2019, smart started adding small spats to the rear plastic panels. Probably to deflect air to keep the rear cleaner. The spats are held in place with 3 staples. If you are fitting the arch covers/extensions, you will need to remove these spats. Brute force works. Lever the staples out with a scrawdriver. Fitting Guide Coming shortly. Credits I shamelessly stole the first 2 photos from Big Motoring World . So, go and buy a car from them. They always have smarts. Click if info helped 29 likes 32073 views Print
